The measure of a man is his loyalty through time; thirty years of dedication, skills of youth he refined. For the past thirty years, Mr. Gritman has devoted his many skills to the cause of education. Mr. Gritman has taught several thou- sand Dayton youngsters the value of hard work and dedication. Many of his pupils have become outstanding citizens guided by his sure and steady hand. DEDICATION FRED GRITMAN Industrial Arts Instructor 1952-1982 Utilize your tools, learn a skill or trade; develop your abilities until the project’s made. Use the awl, plane and solder, hammer nails and wood; become a master craftsman, you’ll be successful as you should. Under the guidance of Mr. Gritman’s steady hand, the eager teenagers of Dayton emerge as a woman or a man.
