The school was ot't'iciallg organized us a threefgear school in 1881. During the half centurg since that date Dagton High School has grown to an institution mung times its original size. lt has been necessarg to change the location of the school twice to accommodate its growth. For several gears it was housed in the original building. erected in 1880. along with part of the elementurg school. ln 1903 it was moved to the Central School where it remained until 1923. when the present school building was erectea'. partlg through funds from the will ot' Dr. Pietrzgcki. after whom the school is named, The number ot' subjects offered has increased with the number of students. ln 1881 there were ten. In 1900, when Dagton High School was changed from a three to a four-gear school, more were added. Since then subjects have
