' You have heard of only the outstanding events, but we feel that the other student activities during our school years have even more greatly benefitted the kingdom of God. Aside from preaching in various churches, Brother Moyer has been an active Sunday School superintendent and rest home leader. Brother Ash is the active assistant pastor of one of our local churches. Along the lines of Sunday School we find our students as able teachers. Brother Keise, Brother and Sister Culter, and Sister-Doris Bucher are teaching in their home churches and their pastors can testify of their wholehearted support in the ministering of the gospel. 4 The Senior class held their own class revival this year and God blessed in divers ways to the good of the kingdom. y We are sorry to leave the portals of D. B. I., but we as Seniors, are viewing the white fields of harvest and as we assemble for the last time on commencement evening our eyes will be viewing the approaching harvest and in our hearts we will be coveting your earnest prayers. AIVIBASSADORS CLASS HISTORY An annual occurrence at Dayton Bible lnstltute is graduation However no com mencement would be complete without the class history The purpose of this history is to recapltulate the spiritual blessings and fellowship enjoyed in three years of school lt was in the fall of nineteen fifty that twelve eager freshmen sat in the student assembly room and took their entrance examinations Now six semester later eight of three years have been joyous sometimes tiring with study but yet full of those happy moments when all rejoice in Christ The eight graduates are Brothers Dean Ash Ronald Kelse Harvey Moyer Bert Culter Ray Curtin LeRoy Smith Sisters Grace Culter Doris Bucher and Barbara Smith We were sorry to see the original class parted Brother Bill Carol is now in the United States Army and Sisters Ruby Evans and June Kramer found it necessary to give up school. Their presence will be missed at graduation, but their places were temporarily filled by Brother and Sister Mason Hughes, transferred students from L. l. F. E. in California. We are equally glad to have Brother Ray Curtin graduating with us. I '52 the initial class are ready to don their caps and gowns and receive their diplolnas. Those entering into holy matrimony were: Bert Culter Jr. and Grace Cundiffg Lowell Bucher and Doris Mills, and LeRoy Ruby anod Audrey Witherow. As we review the student's activities during the three years we readily see our senior class has been busy in the work of the Lord. lt was in November of the first year that Ronald Keise, Dean Ash, and LeRoy Ruby met with another member of the Harvester's class and formed D. B. l.'s first quartet. Their ministry was greatly blessed and the experience gained was invaluable. lt was during the summer between our freshman and junior years that many of the students really launched out for God. Donald Keise toured the British owned isle of Jamaica with a Youth For Christ team. Dean Ash and LeRoy Ruby traveled.to S1-eqmburg New York, where they held a two weeks revival in the community union church. Brother Ash remained the entire summer as pastor in this work, and the last report received gave the good news of its P 09 e55- As we returned to school for our Junior year Brother Keise and Brother Ash re- ' d in the school quartet and were beneficial in the school revival.
