A •9 t f p. § a UJ j Change is constantly taking place, and many changes affected us here in Dawson dur- ing the 84-85 school year The changes we were most affected by were the things we find the most important: entertainment, music, and recreation The opening of Corky s’ in De- cember. and the news of other possible estab- lishments had the halls buzzing. A swimming pool came into sight at the city park, but a complete vision of it is still a while off. Concerts from Ratt. to Sammy Hagar. to REO Speedwa- gon kept everyone busy at night, aside from the monthly dances and ball games We were entertained at the movies by Purple Rain , Starman , Beverly Hills Cop , and Dune .
