After thinking the matter over it was decided that, as this would make a Senior Band of seventy pieces and an Orchestra of eighty, this would not be practical with the equip- ment that We had, there being only enough bass and accompanying in- struments for at thirty-six pier-e hand or at thirty piece orchestra.
