DEDICATION Mrs. Geneva Allison The YELLOW JACKET is proudly dedicated to a person for whom every- one has the greatest admiration and respect. As a teacher and friend of the students at Davis, she has done much to instill in them those qualities which will best suit them for their roles as mature useful adults. Her understanding, patience, and wisdom have suited her well for her guidance work, and any problem, large or small, gets the same friendly, intelligent considerations. Her abilities are also exhibited in the capable leadership and guidance she has given to the Senior Class and F.H.A. We know her as a person whose principles and integrity have served both her and each of us as a guide in our education and daily life. I extend my warmest congratulations to the 1964 Davis High School seniors. You are living a page of history that could possibly be described in terms of mans inability to successfully adjust to rapid change in scientific technology. But on the brighter side, there awaits for you today in America more opportunities for continued education, more opportunities for employment, and a new challenge to serve well and to the best of your ability for your God and your coun- try. Congratulations to you Seniors on the accomplishment of completing your formal high school education. The values you have learned will be a lighthouse in the future adventures you will undertake. May you have the wisdom of Solomon, the kindness of Ruth, and the love of Christ to sustain and keep you always.
