Head Maiorette GERMAINE CARRERE MAJORETTES Five girls skilled in the use of the baton were the majorettes for this year. No one saw them practice much, but their performances were very good. Besides marching with the band on Band Day, Winters Youth Day, and Picnic Day, these girls in their lovely blue velvet uniforms ap- peared at several games twirling fire batons. This was the rst time in the history of Davis High that the majorettes had twirled with fire. It was agreed by all that the major- ettes added a lot of color to the appearance of the entire band. The girls in this group were Germaine Carrere, Head Majoretteg Janet English, Joyce Lueckemann, Susie King, and Bonnie Bagley. BONNIE BAGLEY JOYCE LUECKEMANN JANET ENGLISH SUSIE KING
