Its personnel include the ratings of Quartermaster, Yeoman, Personnelman, Hospitalman, Navy Career Counselor, Postal Clerk, and Master-at-Arms. The QM's are the navigators, assisting in determining the ship s position and plotting her course The YNs are the ships secretaries handling all official correspondence and maintaining the officer s service records The PN s are responsible for the mountain of paperwork required to keep the crew s service records up to date Medical services and first aid training are provided by the HMS The Navy Career Counselors provide on the spot assistance for crewmembers planning their careers The most popular man on board during NAVIGATION ,ZX a deployment is the postal clerk CPCQ who handles all incoming or outgoing mail, runs the ship's post office and sells money orders.
