6 MY WAY Superintendent Edward Huthcroft. Mr. Hutchcroft earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Northern Iowa and later, received his Masters degree at the University of Iowa. He has also done further graduate work at the University of Iowa. Mr. Hutchcroft’s philosophy on Education: “Educators are committed to a philosophy of service to youth. My objective is to help each student develop as a mature individual and as a contributing member of the community. The school program should be directed toward common needs of each one. I must provide the best environment possible for the student to develop his or her abilities to the fullest.” Principal Ronald Rubin. Mr. Rubin attended Iowa State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree and was later awarded his Masters degree there. He has done further graduate work at the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Iowa. Mr. Rubins philosophy on Education: “It is my conviction that the Board of Education, administration, faculty and parents of each student should provide both the opportunity and the means by which each individual can develop into the total person he or she is capable of becoming. I believe that this objective can best be met through the development of a school program which will encompass the intellectual, physical, social, ethical and aesthetic needs of the students of our school.” Assistant Principal Leon Wilkinson. Mr. Wilkinson attended Northeast Missouri State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Education. Later he received his Masters from Southeastern State College, Durant, Oklahoma. Mr. Wilkinson has completed further graduate study at N.M.S.U. Mr. Wilkinsons philosophy on Education: “To endeavor to provide the atmosphere and opportunity for every student to develope themselves as much as ability and interest will allow.”
