Tlic Commissary Division provided thousands of meals using many tons of provisions and cooking around tlie clock. The Disbursing Office provided the financial services to the crew and that ever popular and needed— pay. The laundry service on board gave clean uniforms for times in port and for those exciting night watches on the Gun Line.
