Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble Play Variety of Music With the addition of several new string players, the orchestra was able to perform a wider variety of music this year. The group participated in the fall, Christmas and spring concerts and festivals throughout the year. This year ' s jazz ensemble participated in several jazz festivals and concerts throughout Southern Califor- nia. The band also played at all home basketball games and at several community events. Pageantry Performs With Marching Band This year ' s pageantry performed at all home football games and marched in several parades. In addition, they participated at several tall flag clinics and competitions. The group of girls per- form wherever the band performs. Practice usu- ally begins as early as 7:15 and continues until the end of first period each school day.
