Varsity Yell Expresses Enthusiasm For Jordan ' s Athletic Teams Jordan ' s ' 80 — ' 81 varsity yell squad promoted school spirit and unity, the key ingredient to a successful yell group. The squad attended cheerleading camp in Santa Barbara. There they learned a great deal about how to express their enthusiasm and support for the school ' s teams. Members worked hard cheering for the football and basketball teams and also showed much school pride at Jordan ' s rallies and assemblies. J. V. Yell Stirs Pride for Juniors, Sophs The J. V. Yell squad of ' 80 — ' 81 was a great success and enjoyed cheering together for the J. V. and soph- omore teams. Most members of the squad went to the USA camp and learned many new cheers and ideas. At camp they also earned three superior ribbons and one exceptional, along with having a wonderful time.
