Eocfi semester the council relaxes after its strenuous half yeor legislative session with a party planned by the student body hostess. The student council is Jordan ' s parliament or legislature. It is the organization in which student opinion can make itself felt and where many a third period representative lets off steam on student body affairs. This year the student council has been lead by the student body presidents. Rusty Fairly and Alvin Brown, and has initiated policy in several maior spheres of student co-curricular activity. Shown above is the Jordan Student Government Class in various attitudes of parliamentory and administrative endeavor. This class is a workshop in which the elected student body officers and various club officers carry out the desires of the student body through committee work and individual assignments.
