The student council is Jordan ' s parliament or legislature. It is the organization in which student opinion can make itself felt and where many a third period representative lets off steam on student body affairs. This year the student council has been lead by the student body presidents. Rusty Fairly and Alvin Brown, and has initiated policy in several maior spheres of student co-curricular activity. Eocfi semester the council relaxes after its strenuous half yeor legislative session with a party planned by the student body hostess.
