The Vagabonds were invited to display their talents at a clinic that took place at North Eugene High School. They sang for a group of critics who studied their teclmiques and sound. The selections sung were Sunny, C les, and It's Not Unusual. Choreography was done to It s Not Unusual as an aided attraction. For many years, David Dougas music groups have been noted for their talent an performance. ecause o this tradition, the band and Vagabonds are constantly in demand for performances.

Musical Groups Invited to Display Talents This dwzear the band was asked to play for the Alcan Golf Tournament. For e first time since the Tournament began it was held in the United States. The band marched downtown, followed by the golfers who were participating in the tournament. They proceeded to Raleigh Hills School and prepared to escort the golfers onto the course. I . + l l
