Miss Hoffman and Donna Stara filercatyalogy cards. ln l945, with less than 200 books, Miss Lucile Hoffman started the David City High School library. Today the library has over 2500 books. Plans are being made to expand the library when space becomes available. There are several librarians who take care of the library and assist Miss Hoffman. Together with their instructor, Miss Lucile Hoffman, the girls at- tended a number of workshops throughout the year and gained firstehand information about their teaching careers. F. T.
