He stars in track, cross-country, and he's nothing more or less than a second Johnny Weismuller in the water. When you meet Johnson, you soon lose faith in the contention that ath- letes are generally pretty dumb. EDWARD KALADA EDDIE Globe Trotters 11 Little time for athletics and none for girls. Eddie is a student what is a student. He talks little, and is seldom seen hanging around corners: study is his main interest and comes even before the movies.
