JUNIORS Being a typical junior class, the DHS Juniors engaged in many activities and projects throughout the year. Money seemed to be the main objective--the more the better. To raise this money the juniors devoted many hours to selling combs, candy, and raffling tickets on a radio. Along with this they sold popcorn and ice cream at basket- ball games. Now that they had the money, spending it was no problem. The Junior-Senior Banquet was sponsored at the Gardner Hotel on April 23. The juniors, with other area schools, co-spon- sored a CVC Prom held in the Elk's Club on May 3. The junior class also provided flowers for baccalaureate and graduation.
