V The Alumni- of the College who are of three years' standing elect upon nomina- tion five of the Trustees of the College, one vacancy occurring in the Board at each Commencement. The nomination of these Trustees is by ballot, usually in ratification of a single candidate whose name is proposed by the Alumni Council.
