Under the rugged coaching of Homer G. Shadle, the boys have put in a fairly successful year of one of the best loved sports of our time. The boys were in good condition, and they fought hard to make this year a successful one. We want to thank the Hornets of '55 for the many exciting evenings we shared with them. Although his time must be di- vided between his duties as a teacher and assistant principal, he is never too busy to engage in a pleasant conversation to help our students with their problems. Mrs. Leona Carlisle gsm .yeast M SUPERVISING PRINCIPAL The requirements of a high school supervising principal are as numerous as they are varied. Not only must he be the leader of the school, but he must de- vote much of his time to the everyday problems. The super- vision requires sincerity, knowl- edge and determination. We are indeed fortunate to have Mr. Super as our supervising princi- pal for he has done much to advance our high school. Mr. Charles Krepps SEC RETARY Our new eFficient, capable secre- tary does her work quickly and quietly, saving our principal many steps and gray hairs.
