With Sara Booher and Larry Peebles as leaders, Darlington 4- Hers won many awards and honors this year. MISS MONTGOMERY COUNTY— 1969 For the second year in a row, a Darlington girl represented our county in the Indiana State 4-H Queen Contest. On the basis of beauty, poise, personality, and community involvement, Deborah Wilson was chosen Miss Montgomery County. Congratulations!

Several boys won awards in judging contests, Abe and Rick attended the national convention in Kansas City, and the chapter farmed here and helped to farm land near the site of the new school.

By collecting attendance slips, answering the telephone, and assisting persons who come to the school among various duties, office workers contribute great help in making DHS run smoothly.
