At last! No more nouns and verbs, equa- tions and proofs, cause and effect, laps around the gym, or naming the bones in the body. Break has arrived. A time to relax. A time to chew gum without, hopefully, getting caught. A chance to talk without being told to stop. If it wasn't for break and lunch, many students would have a difficult time mak- ing it through the day. Break and lunch serve as pit stops. But all good things must come to an end. The bell signals an end to the good times and it's back to the rigors of education. 1. Good work is so hard to find. Wyman Cook helps out by filling the drink machine after lunch. 2. Breaktime. Break serves as a time to refuel. 3. Breaktime basketball. Many students prefer to play basketball instead of eating during break and lunch 4 Did you hear about what happened to ...?
