Administration and Faculty The construction of the satellite is accomplished by highly advanced scientific processes executed with the greatest patience and understanding. In the second stage with our administrators and faculty are stored our radar scopes, maps, guides, and tape recordings of the courses they have charted. This stage will propel the rocket to the limit of the atmosphere, projecting it with its sustaining equipment into space; then like the first stage, it must return its passengers to the earth where they will resume their duties as project supervisors and directors- of research and construction.
