eniot efau ptoplecy In this year of I976, I, Carol Picklesimer, have returned to Darby for our reunion of our Senior Class of l956. I, myself, have been traveling with my husband, who is making the air force his career. We are happily married, and have four healthy children. As I walked around the gym, I was glad to see all my classmates were there. I first spied Rosalie, standing by the refreshments. Her eyes were still as bright as usual, and she has finally been hitched in matrimony to her red-headed mechanic. Then I heard a voice behind me calling my name, as I turned, I saw Barbara Kennard, who is now Mrs. Steinmetz, standing there with her triplets, all girls, and their red hair in a pony tail. She is now living at Grove City and is very happily married. There's Gene Drummond! I have often wondered what he was doing. Well, he iust told me he has a IOOO acre farm, and he is also driving around in a handsome new Cadillac. Why Gene, I thought by this time they would be out of style. Excuse me, Gene, I see someone I want to say hello to. Lucille, how nice to see you again. Lucille Wickline was iust telling me she likes her teaching iob very well. I don't see how you ever escaped the marrying bug, Lucille. It will catch up with you one of these days. Oh, there's Jay. I'lI see you later, Lucy. Jay Hill, I hear you own the largest hot rod company in the U. 5. I always knew you'd whiz into some great project. I heard you just became the father of your fifth child. Con- gratulations, maybe he will be like his father. Say, Jay, I see your old high school flame, I must say hello to Ginny. Ginny Hinson, gee you look swelll Oh, I forgot your name has changed, hasn't it? I hear you were elected queen to represent Jay's hot rod fans. Good luck, kid. Someday you'Il be representing us as Miss America. Ginny, don't go away, I must talk to David before he leaves. Oh, David, David Strawser, gee, it's good to see you. How's Sandy? I hear you're be- coming America's favorite lawyer. I always knew you'd get a iob to protect the women, you're so thoughtful. Well, good luck. I must get something to drink, see you later. As I walked over to the refreshments, I ran into Sally Hicks. Oh, Sally's name has changed too. Sne married the country's leading athlete. Believe it or not, she is still a 22
