The Beginning Of The End Truly this is the beginning of the 1947-48 TORI- e of the happiest years ever TUBI, presenting to you on . . D spent in Danville High School. The class of 194-9 takes great pleasure in recalling on the following pages school ' ' ' ' ' ' ns and personalities which occurred ZKUXIUC5,0T2'2ll1lZflfl0 , and existed in this eventful year. But this annual also represents the ending of the sen- ior class of 1948. lt reviews the final memories which the class will take with them. But these memories are the fondest that any group could hope to have. The ath- letic events, the school social functions, the class plays, the competitive contests and even the classes have blended together forming a lasting impression of Danville High School. The friendships gained and the association with the administrators and faculty are unforgettable. All of these facts, however, will become apparent to the reader if he has a deep appreciation for the good times any group can experience if the effort is put forth.
