On a dark night his hair can be seen for miles, and it has sufficiently illuminated most of the Class VViener Roasts-saving the trouble of building a fire. Charlotte niight be called shy, but when called upon she can tell you who's who and why. She studies, too. For I am nothing if not critical. FRED N. GRAHAM Freddie Fred is perhaps the most studions boy in high school. The class certainly would not be the same without him. Fred is one for whom girls have little charm. Elizabeth is a good reader, and has en- tertained the school many times in the past four years. There is no question about the quality--and quantity-of her work. With all her faults we love her still, the stiller the better. EMMETT STANLEY Mutt Basket Ball 3. 4, Track l. 2, 3, 4. Mutt is as good a fellow as he is a bas- ket ball player, although he is so bashful that he blushes when he walks across the Assembly. He has lately acquired a habit of traveling the road to Pittsboro. The blush is beautiful, but sometimes in- convenient. SHERELENE JENKINS Sherry Glec Club 4, Sylvia, 4, Student Council 4, Senior Sextette 4. Sherelene comes i11 from the country, studies hard, and bothers no one. She has interests in the Alumni.
