The main purpose of Parent Teachers Association was to acquaint the parents with the teachers who instructed their children, and to further more interest in students' activities by keeping the parents informed. Students and outside speakers made tl1e P.T.A. meetings interesting and worthwhile for the members. This year the parents were taken on a tour of the high school building that they might view the facilities available for the students and better under- stand their needs. Officers of the association for the past year were the following: President, Mrs. M. V. Courtneyg lst vice-president, Mrs. Dazey, 2nd vice-presidentg Mr. E. D. Milhong secretary, Miss Donna Stuebeg and treasurer, Mrs. R. C. Gerrard. 171. Reed ,J Office The keeping of files and secretarial work of our superintendent. Mr. Reed. was capably and eliicieutly done, tor we have some workers who rate with the best in that office. Like the main olfiee assistants. these workers receive little recognition of their efforts dur- ing the year. but we really did appre- eiate their work, which kept our school running so smoothly.
