Orators, elocutionists, essayists, debaters, cartoonists, and the like have been found in both societies, and their talents used to best benefit themselves and the High School. I'util 1903, the two societies stood equal, as a result of each one’s winning three contests. Last year, however, the Adarians gained a victory over the Athenaeums. — H
