A. Hospital buildings into classrooms for the Danville Junior College. By the first of June the Fund Drive had topped this mark by $150,000. FIRST CITIZEN AWARD TO DR. OTTO SCHAEFER Dr. Otto Schaefer, director of the Veterans Administration Hospital, was awarded Danville ' s First Citizen Award by the American Business Club of Danville in grateful acknowledgement for his efforts toward making the V.A. Hospital available for Danville Junior College. Students, faculty, and adminis- tration of D.J.C. add their voices in tribute to Dr. Schaefer.
