On their way to an important class meeting are the Senior class officers. They are: Ardell Tepfer, President; LaVonne Hoekstra, Secretary-Treasurer; and Lyle Jahnke, Vice- President. They, with their classmates, had a huge quota to meet, for the entire class planned a trip via railway to Washington D.C. Their other projects during the Senior year included the class play, Girl Shy , a comedy, the Carnival which was supervised by the Seniors and their advisors, Mr. Poissant and Mr. Orr; and other fund-raising projects such as monthly bake sales, magazine and Christmas card sales, consession stands at games, and a Style show in the Spring. Our final goal, graduation on May 27, came sooner than expected by most of the class. It is with regret the Seniors leave D.H.S. with all its memories but they look forward to the future and its possibilities.
