Band Queen honors each year go to an outstanding girl from the band, nominated by her fellow-bandsmen. and voted on by the entire student body. Crowned at the first home football game of the season, the queen then appears in parades at the head of the band with the drum major and presides at various other band functions during the year. Queen for this year was OUIDA BLISS: her attendants were BETH ANN SCOTT and TERRI DEWBERRY.
