This year we were proud to have lulio Alberto Nlurillo-Segura from Costa Rica at Webster. Julio has been a true Websterite, showing real school spirit and enthusiasm. L ix x 11x w ywextms Council Provides Leadershipy The Daniel Webster Student Council is a commendable organiza- tiong its works are evident in almost every department of our school. As a group of leaders the Student Council sets fine examples of cit- izenship. Sponsored by Mr. Burdick, the organization provides the opportu- nity for students to express their feelings on school functions and co- curricular activities. They conduct the election of Miss Daniel Webster and Mr. 8 Miss Congeniality. The organization is a strong factor in the field of school loyalty. l 1 l l i l 4

A most active service organization at Webster is the High School Red Cross. Each Home Room is represented in the organization which strives to do something for others throughout the year. Maior entertainment proiects are programs presented at the Veterans' Hos- pital at Muskogee, at the County Farm, and at the Childrens' Medical Center. A highlight for members is the county workshop and conference held each Spring. This provides a full week-end of study and fun tor those members attending. HSRC provides an opportunity tor students to take part in commu- nity life, helping those in need.
