get filoreword s lrlwl l many students requesting a yearbook as a record of many happy school days spent in Daniel Vvebster High School, the possibility of publishing an annual was investigated last fall by members of the senior class. As a result of the information acquired by this committee, a yearbook became a possibility. But it was not until December I, after five hundred annuals had been paid for in cash, that definite plans could go forward. An inexperienced but deter- mined staff was chosen and immediately began work on The ll'arri0r. Lest we forget was selected as an appropriate theme for the yearbook in tribute to those from our school who were killed in the service of our country during XVorld VVar ll. ln a less serious vein, we of the staff hope that The ll'arri0r will contain between its covers many reminders of a memorable year in Daniel Vllebster High School.
