BERNHARD KRAHN-Only school activity is curling. Outside activities are cycling and bowling. Future plans are to become a computer operator. DARLENE LINKLATER-An aspiring secretary who likes boys, cars, and dancing; can be found at River Heights. RON LUCAS- Smokey the Bear ' s helper , likes sports, karate, driving an MG, waterskiing and himself. IVAN MILNE-Cycle bum of Rm. 12 can be heard saying Don ' t fool around eh. (Goes for blondes, cycles, brunettes, food. Wants to finish school (at risk of becoming educated bum). WAYNE MISKO-Can be heard saying And so I says to myself, you can do it , has 26 study periods. SHARON MOSEWICH-Plans to become a stenographer; likes: pizza, boys, vettes, John Mayall. Often says Are you kidding? JOEY NOWELL-Joey ' s a real fun-lover who (like many) dislikes the whole School System. IMRE NYIRI-A Variety Soccer player who likes all sports, money, and girls. Imre plans to attend M.l.T. KEN OBLIK-You can often hear him running down the halls yelling Beep! Beep! Vroooom! Plans to learn to shift. DOROTHY PEZZOLLA-A future lab technician who likes a certain boy, horses, and most anything else. BRIAN PROCTOR-A mighty maroon who is a gymnast and also his room sports captain. Plans to attend M.l.T. Often says you don ' t impress me. TIM PROVEDA-One of the Falcon Lake Boys , has an aversion to square heads, grease, hot dogs, soul. MURRAY ROSCOE- Very few school activities , he says, Who needs iti , Activities centred in Empress Lanes, The Black Knight Wants to Eat one of Little green grasshoppers. SHEILA SHEPHERD-lnside, she found distracting people in the study hall. Outside, riding around in a dumpy red sportscar. Wants to get out of the red sports car but may end up part of it. DAVE SIWICKI- The Black Knight -likes V stockers, Capt. Crunch. His ambition is to turn in a sub-20-second E.T. KEN STEWIN-Likes loud, loud, loud, cars and sleeping in History class. Wants to get his muffler fixed but will probably end up paying the $50 fine. BOB WILSON-Bob likes motorcycles, eating, money. Believes in weekends. Plans to go to M.l.T. ANDY WOROBY-Athletics are his main interest. Future plans include a career in athletics or architectural drafting. ALMA ZUBERT-Activities include choir, badminton, secretary-treasurer, XFC, plans to be secretary and travel. ROOM 55 THOMAS ALEXANDER-Tom plans eventually to travel, attend M.l.T., and settle down. RAY CALDER-Feels you don ' t have to be crazy to go to school here, but it helps. Enjoys Riverton weekends, the Halo Syndicate. Ambition is U of M for teaching. WENDY CARTER-School activities include choir and Campus Life. Also interested in C.A. ' s and A.R.C. Plans to attend teacher ' s college and work with retarded children. AL COLLINS-Viewpoint; Our farmers are in trouble. They ' re growing wheat that won ' t sell. Activities: I ' ve given up wheat and taken to sowing oats. DAVE DEAN-Ambition is to turn a 14. Dislikes writing school write-ups and pet peeve is people who drive inconsiderably (mentioning no names). JOHN FRIESEN-Music enthusiast whose main activity (apart from coffee breaks) is choir. Also W.P., Y.C., guitar, folk music, and Mr. Froese ' s maths classes. Ambition is university. MARGARET GEMBEY-Activities include music lessons, sewing and painting. Would like to go into nursing. MYRA HARVEY-Likes: holidays, payday. Dislikes: snobs. Ambition: rich and famous. Fate: drive ' 48 Dodge forever. Pet Peeve: brother ' s driving. Activities: Jet ' s games. Weakness: new cars. ROSA-LYNNE lANNONE-Activities-class president, madrigal choir, working at the Bay. Likes: music, dogs, people, having fun. PP: The Establishment Ambition-membership with Mafia. Fate: full time wop. MARK LITTLE-School Activities-choir, going for coffee, failing French, and Mrs. Rajan ' s Biology class. Future Ambition: Get out of Daniel. Pet Peeve: Hot dog teachers, frosh. BONNIE MILLER-ln school she works on Breezes Advertising, Communications Committee, and choir. Outside she works at Safeway. Likes mushroom, life, and blond guys. Heading for Europe; teaching career. KEN PORTER-Activities: HALO SIN-DICATE, volleyball, guitar, girls. Lives for a certain army shirt and weekends. Can be heard complaining about short haircuts or saying I love you too . SUSAN TALANICO-Strong supporter of all sports, and a choir member. Works at Action 5 when not after the boys. Heading for California and the air . DALE TUCKEN-Main outside activities-working. Future Plans: to leave Daniel. Viewpoint: think most people are phony and only looking out for themselves. GORDON WHEATLEY-Activities include Breeze ' s Advertising, Judo club, trying to pass XII. Also bowling, working, cars. Top ' s. Future Plans: working and university. Dislikes: Guys with new cars. ROOM 12 DONNA ANSELL-Donna ' s activities are centred outside the school. She plans to go into nursing and forget about teachers and everything concerning school. Weakness is blonde hair, blue eyes. WALTER BARTSH-Football supporter, girl chaser, and pool shark, he dislikes a slow Plymouth with no muffler. Wants to finish a daydream but may end up a bad trip. BILL BOORMAN-Works at the Winnipeg Arena and for the Highways Department; plans to enter Drafting at MIT. RICHARD BEAQUE-Attends all classes faithfully? Goes out with the wife, then the boys. Indulges in such things as parties, pool games and other such matters not to be mentioned. Wants to complete 12. MARTIN CLARE-ls active at school and on weekends. Wants to pass Grade 12. GORD HUMINUK-Constantly seen with the boys on a wild weekend at Trout Lake. Seen again the following weekend cleaning up and cashing in empties. 87

PAUL ASGERISON-Nice guy, pleasant to associate with. He ' s lead guitarist in the famed Living Soul Device . MURRAY CHILTON-N.A.R.D. drummer, school orchestra. Hopes to attend Toronto Conservatory of Music, Parker Gillespie School of Applied Jazz and end up a professional drummer. DON COWARD-Popular friendly person. Activities: Fancy cars and anything but school. HENRY DANIESL-Activities: Choir, Co-op, studying. Ambition: 1969-70 Graduate. DOROTHY EVANS-A hard-working girl who lives for good weekends, Dorothy ' s ambition is to pass XI Maths. For some reason, she dislikes motorcycle rides. TERRY GOLKO-New to Daniel this year from Gordon Bell. Terry is Room 55 ' s girls sports captain and nice person as well. STEVE HANNER-A choir member who enjoys relaxing, soul music and brown eyes while he dislikes dry weekends, quiet parties. His ambition is to finish grade 12. BOB JUSKIW-Another of Rm. 55 ' s friendly members who spends his time on Corvette ' s, Jaguars and other worthy cars. His only other pastime is homework (? ). RON KIMMEL-lf not spending time with the Big Blue , can be found dragging volkswagens. Viewpoint of life: If it feels good do it, but don ' t blame me! WENDY KOLOSAR-A school dreamer , Wendy is active at Crypt and St. Lukes. She plans to drift in the future, perhaps into practical nursing but always facing sunshine. DON KOWARCHUK-Another working man who hopes to end up a manager. Activities: Long weekends at Clear Lake. BART MARTEN-Activities: Inter-room champ. Friendly athlete of room 55. Studious, energetic. GEORGE MARTINUK-A sports fanatic who coaches and participates in football, hockey, baseball, golf and rugger. KLAUS MUELLER-Another athletic choir member who likes this and that and everything else. His weakness is school and his ambition is to graduate. GORD MUIR-Likes: Good Doobies, Calvert ' s Old, having a license. Pet Peeve: Not having a license. Favorite saying: You got a license. Ambition: To get my license. DAVID NAZAR-Another Football player who enjoys wild parties with all the boys and, of course, lots of women. Dave plans to attend M.l.T. RAINER NOWAK-Rainer hopes to attend M.l.T. while his likes include music and clothes. MIKE NOWELL-A working man who likes short and or skinny legs and dislikes the longer variety. Mike plans to become a teacher. SYLVIA OLYNYK-Room 55 ' s president. Lives for weekends and spends the days in between recuperating. Ambition: M.l.T. for Lab technology. Fate: Scientist for Hallucinatory Drug Company. ROGER PRATT-Friendly Congenial. Rog is a car ounatic whose thing includes MG ' s and Ferraris. RAY QUEREL-Can be found loitering in halls. Outside activities include a certain girl and hockey. Plans to work in airplane and get married. ( 89
