Blazers Cap Winning Season With A Bomb! s Determined and Dedicated best describes the 1984 Blazer Football Team. Led by team captains Greg Beasley, Brett Cooper, and lohn Okuniewski, the gridders revenged a slow 1-4 beginning and closed the season with an astonishing 5-3-1 record, which proved to be the best in over ten years! Greg Beasley celebrated his first 100-yard game during the team's upset victory against Muhlenberg. The season ended with the most exciting play ot the year. With no time remaining on the clock, Eric Mull hit Paul Richards with a 50-yard touchdown pass and tied the game. This game and this team will never be forgotten.
