By capturing the division title, the Jr. High Wrestling team, led by coaches Mr. Weaver and Mr. Yeakel, once again up- held the fine wrestling tradition at Dan- iel Boone. Pin after pin the Blazers wracked up important victories. lohn Huffman and Keith Ketterer each earned 1st place medals at the county tourny. 2nd place wrnners included Mike 0'Don- nell and Dave Row. The lr. High Basketball team, led by coaches Mr. Werner and Mr. Civi- tarese, posted another successful season. With each game the team members gained more knowledge and confidence. The hoopsters worked to sharpen their dribbling skills and polish their shooting styles. With their newly acquired talents and knowledge of sports- manshrp and leadership, this Blazer basketball team should make its mark in years to come.
