The adventurous students backpacked for the weekend of December 8 rhrough snovvecovered valleys and mountains. The students carried their every need for survival on their backs and were responsible for cooking their own meals as well as pitching their own tents ar night. Long hikes during the day were inrerrupted with frequent snovvball fights, the polo boys chanting their army songs, and studies of rhe environment.
