For the first few days we could not even distinguish Bardwell Auditorium from Study Hall. However, our old girls patiently guided us all around Dana and soon had us straightened out. Before we knew it, the to-us-great event of the year, the Sophomore-Senior dinner had arrived, and we were all waiting anxiously for the Seniors to come to our houses and take us to the Main Dining Room. In November at our first step singing we presented Miss Helen Russell as our class sponsor, Sue Weisser as President, and Bonnie Rice as Secretary-Treasurer. For our Sophomore party we gave a carnival. Working for it made us feel that at last we had lound our place at Dana. With the Christmas season came Revels. The beautiful costumes, the pageant and play, and the singing really expressed the Christmas spirit. Spring brought Spread. To the Juniors this event meant receiving their rings, to us it meant tidying up for the Seniors during the week-end of Spread and knowing that next year we would be getting our rings. As commencement rolled around, we said a reluctant good-bye to the Seniors, for they had helped us through the year to become adjusted and to End the oppor- tunities awaiting us. Our Sophomore year was truly a year full of fun. We did our best to use well the opportunities offered us. We are all looking forward to ourjunior year. l51l
