SONIA HEINE JANET HARRIS News Reporter rc! CLASS HISTORY Our class began its long climb up the tall ladder of education in the year 1950. We were the first class in the history of the Dalton Schools to have a kindergarten class. Charter members include: Larry Borges, Sharon Cape, Gordon Carley, Joan Ewing, Donnie Flohr, Sonja Heine, Hank Rathman, Adalia Reimers, Dorwin Reimers, Janice Thurow, and Gary Ziegler. The class gradually grew through the years. In 1952, John and Jerry Wessels came to us from Redington, and Gary Miller moved here from Sidney. The following year, Janet Harris came in from Meadow Lawn School. Marlene Sheets moved in from Lorenzo in 1954. Wayne McRoberts from Center School joined us in 1955. In 1956, we increased once more when Mary Lou Knudsen moved here from Chappell. Then as Freshman, we added two more to our class: Larry Shelley from Seattle, Washington, and Stanley Buck from the Mud Springs School. These additions made our class complete. As a final contribution to the Dalton School members, we the Seniors, Class of 1963, wish to present this, our LAST WILL AND TESTAME T Larry Borges, will my ability to be quiet in study hall to Ronnie White, and all my old jokes to Dick Rabe fwho knows them all anywayl I I I IJ Stanley Buck, will my car to whoever can make it run, my ability to play football to Phil Sheets and my track ability to Tom Boyer.
