Both the Seniors and Fresh- men had a fun-filled day. The girls wore heavy overcoats with a hip boot on one foot and a big bandage on the other. The greenhorns also had thirty suckers braided in their hair. The boys were decked out in a two-piece bathing suit with high heels and shoe boxes on their feet. Both girls and boys carried a bucket of popcorn and fudge for the Seniors . A lunch, just for the Freshmen, was served out on the east side of the school. Later in the evening a dance was held for all high school students . Everyone danced to K-D- A-L musical sounds . The evening was climazed with punch and cookies in the home- ec room .
