Shenk, Supervising Principal Members of the Class of 1955: An unknown poet has said of you. “To each is given a bag of tools, A shapeless mass and a l ook of rules, And each must make, ere life be flown, A stumbling block or a stepping stone.” You have had opportunities to discover the talents in your “bag of tools”, the various paths into which you may direct your life’s work, and the principles of the “Book of Rules” which should serve as a guide to your actions.
