tuoent council The Student Council makes all laws governing the student body as a whole and has legislative control of student body funds. Each spring the council and one faculty member prwent the budget for the following year for approval or disapproval. The Council has the power to fill vacancies arising in any of major offices of the student body. Representatives to the student council are elected from every Am. problems class, every Am. history class, and every sophomore and freshman English class.
