Club officers were: president-Lerita Pence, vice-presiuent--Goldie Kikels, secretary--Marion Thornber, treas- urer--Marilyn Rhea. The girls earn points ttwnrc their awards by hiking, bicycl- ing, etc., and also by neeying a recorn of unorganized activities and health points. several organizeu hikes mere taken this year. Three members from our club attended nest Buy camp at Bloom- ington, Illinois, last sunwwr. New members were initiated at the beginning of the second semester, and a party was given for them by the old nembers. The G. a. a. sponsored an all scnool party for the basketball boys in the Spring. The purpose of this organization is to encourage interest in athletics, ann to promote good sportsmanship.
