A student member chapter of M.E.N.C. is a campus group that is authorized by the head of the music school or department. It is sponsored by a faculty member who is an active M.E.N.C. member and who serves as chapter adviser. The purpose of membership is to provide opportunities for professional development for college stu- dents of music education through on campus activities of the chap- ter and participation in state, division,and national meetings of the organization. Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Alpha Phi International Fraternity is only one of 110 chapters of this esteemed sorority. Its members at Dallas Baptist College are involved in all areas of campus life from music to education, nursing to physical education. The service social organization aids the campus and community in various phi- lanthropic activities. The sisters reinforce their relationships through growth of character, conduct, and cultures.
