CLASS HISTORY FRESHMAN YEAR In 1955 there were f1fty seven freshmen enrolled at Dale High School Later Kenneth Egan and Janice Hunter enrolled in the freshman class giving us fifty nine students Arded by our sponsors Mrs Hoops and Mr Robinson we elected our class Off1CC1'S they were HS follows President Pat LeRoy V1ce Presrdent Carl Johnson Secretary Tom Scales Treasurer Mike Chanley We elected three student council members Tom Scales CarlJohnson and Cleta Litkenhus We held our first class party at the school and the second one at Lincoln State Park SOPHOMORE YEAR In 1956 there were fifty students enrolled in the sophomore class Our sponsors were Mr Livengood Mrs Upson and Mr Bockstahler Our class offrcers were President Torn Scales Vlce President John Schmitt Secretary Jerry Bocktmg Treasurer Ronnie Grundhoefer Reporters Dave Kemp and Ruby Van Wmkle Our student council representatives for the year were Tom Scales John Schmitt and Shirley Hearn Those students dtscontintung this year were Harvey Gogel Mike Chanley Sandra Fitter LeRoy Mulhs Janet Phillips Margaret Phillips Kenny Roach Gerald Spurlock Kenny Egan Richard Coffey and Norman Waninger Our activities for the year were the Senior Tea given by the Sophomore girls and the ordering of class Jackets and rings Both of our class parties were held at Lincoln State Park JUNIOR YEAR In 1957 there were forty five students enrolled in the .T unior class Our sponsors were Miss Weed Dave Kemp Secretary FayeRe1nhart Treasurer J ohnSchm1tt Reporters Ronnie Grundhoefer and Louella Schraner Our student councrl representatives were Ruby Vanwinkle and Tom Scales Those students discontinuing this year were.
