Mathematics teachers: Cecil Jenkins, Hurst Livengood From the beginningq of our education system mathematics has been considered one of the three basic cornerstones upon w ich the whole superstructure is built. Our high school tries to meet the needs of all pupils for future endeavor. So we try to prepare some who choose to go to college or University for train- ing in the sciences and engineering. while others are advised to become proficient in those subjects that will be of most everyday value upon leaving high school. However, in either event we hope the student will develop a habit of approach and thinking that will help him sucr'-e ' solve life's problems. ' .r M P ' Aho . -1 . Xml.-- L
