SPRING PROGRAMS The music department of D.C.C.S. hailed spring with two musi- cal programs-a chorus and regional program on April 15 and a piano recital on May 6. The chorus program included both patriotic and gospel selections as well as a comic tune, “The Bear.” Regionals groups performed, gaining experience for the competition held the following week. The recital was a culmina- tion of a year's hard work for 24 piano students. Selections ranged from popular children’s tunes and gospel choruses to Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata.
