Dale County Christian Ozark, Alabama Volume II Dedicated To: Mrs. Eleanor Harwood 2 For sharing her Christian love for young people and loyalty to Christ, the editorial staff dedicates the 1927 Crusader to Mrs. Eleanor Harwood, who served us in the Learning Center (grades 2-12). We thank God for this sweet-spirited, beautiful lady for her guidance and assistance which she gave us students at DCCS. May God richly bless her as she with her husband, Roger, and sor Jeff, share their testimony of Christ to other young people through Child Evangelism Fellowship of Mobile, Alabama. } Rosa Thompson—Primaries 5 yr. olds joshua 1:9 Sue Bowman—Monitor Learning Center 2 John 3:16 Alan Jimmerson Sue Bowman Rosa Thompson Tommy Barrs Tommy Barrs-Bus Driver—Dothan. Pictured above are (left to right), Sandra Trussell, Yancee Herman, Sherry Grantham, Mr. Wilber Sullivant and Sissy Sullivant, presenting a plaque to the Governor. 16 Just One of Those Days: 17 Crusader L to R: (sitting) Tammy Phelps, Gaye Goad, Patty Arnett, Lynn Goad, (standing) Rodger Ellis, Tommy Barrs, Lynda Wynn, Yancee Herman, Brenda Simmons, Sherri Grantham, Heather Barrs, Jack Jimmerson. At times things seem to all go wrong and everything piles on you at one time. But with God as the head advisor, we’ve always come through on the bright side. My prayer is that we will always be able to have a yearbook as we have these two years. It kind of makes school a little more worthwhile. There are a lot of things that go on that the photographers couldn’t catch on the spur of the moment, but we’ve captured a few memories for you to make ’77 a year to remember.
