THE TALEBEARER -nuwpqirnu BIG BROTHER AND SISTER DAY Big Rrother and Sister Day is a new plan adopted for the first time this year. The purpose of the day is to provide a particular time for the seventh and eighth grade students in our district to visit the high school so that they may get an idea of high school life and learn some of its values and advant- ages. Eighty-four students visited the school on Friday, March 18, repre- senting the following schools: l Hickory Grove Dakota Rock Grove Pleasant Yiew Rock City Tammany Brown Mt. Hope Brush Creek Silver Springs Berlin Lancaster Buckeye Afolkey Wiinneshiek The classes planned their programs with reports and demonstrations in order to make them interesting and understandable to the grade student. Added to the regular program for the day were a splendid general assembly program in the morning, a one-act play, Spreading the News, and dem- onstration hy the gym classes in the afternoon. for on T 33 1 9 2 7 si s: Page thirteen
