How vast the field of knowledge to every Freshie seemed, A bit of understanding at last so brightly beamed. And day by day the teachers in every single way, Tried hard to make us feature that studying oft did pay. Your earnest help, Oh, Faculty, we never shall forget For through your toil and patience our true success we've met. In every undertaking our class would always try, To carry on the honored work for our Dakota High. Each year in all activities, we earnestly have sought To ever keep our noted school with greatest honor fraught. In basketball and parties, too, we always had 'our fun. We hope when we have finished school you'll say it was well done. NVhen our dear old graduation at last is past and gone May none of us to right be blind but each his work push on.
